1. No Refunds for Delivered Keys

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of Xbox Game Pass top-up keys are final once the key has been delivered to the customer.

  • We do not offer refunds for successfully delivered and activated keys.
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for digital codes once they have been emailed or otherwise made accessible to you.

2. Exceptions for Invalid or Non-Working Keys

If you receive a defective, invalid, or non-working key, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

To qualify for assistance:

  • You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Provide:
    • Your order number
    • A screenshot or video of the error message during activation
    • Proof that the key was not redeemed on your account

If the key is confirmed to be unused and faulty, we will either:

  • Replace it with a working key, or
  • Issue a refund at our discretion.

3. Issues Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for issues caused by:

  • Attempting to use a key in the wrong region or on an unsupported platform
  • Purchasing the wrong product by mistake
  • Violating Xbox or Microsoft account terms and having your account suspended

Please make sure you:

  • Verify the region and compatibility of the product before purchasing
  • Double-check your email address and payment details

4. Fraudulent Transactions

All transactions are subject to fraud checks. If a transaction is flagged or found to be fraudulent, we reserve the right to:

  • Cancel the order
  • Refuse service
  • Report the incident to relevant authorities
